Exercising is great for the body!

Finally getting to finish work slightly earlier yesterday - I finally got my squash game I longed for so long. Having start work, time really is valuable and I sometimes I do wish I could get back into college or university ~ just going through the less stress lifestyle and a more free life!

Back to my squash game - it was simply great! All the sweat, panting and adrenaline rush was simply fantastic after close to 6 months of inactive participation in the game. Not surprising, I have become considerably unfit due to the lack of exercise. First match - no problem, second match - feeling the pinch but still holding on, but by the third match - I am all out of gas! All in all, I had a good run yesterday and I certainly hope to be able to play more often in the future. Health is just as important as my work or maybe even more important. Since yesterday could be a rare chance for me to exercise, I made full use of it by going for a good steam bath! ~sure miss those days when I was training and playing three times a week~

Time and again, I see people despite being busy yet still able to make time for sports. Then I wonder, if we make enough effort to make the time for exercising it is possible to have that time.

All in all, exercising is good for the mind and body - period!

hiatus!

After having been online on the ~Path of Time~ since 2006..... it is going to be hard, painful and sad. As of today, I will officially stop writing on the ~Path of Time~. For those who have continued to read my posts, I thank you very much for taking timeout to read my posts. I am not sure if all my writings were great but I'll be happy to know even if it was only one post that reached your heart. I may one day pick up from where I left off here but only time will tell. Who knows I might even start afresh? Until next time.......... time stops ticking for the ~Path of Time~

one foot in the past, another in the future........ what about the present?

All of us go through a cycle, what we commonly call - the past, present and the future. It can probably be summed up by this simple phrase: " we come from the past to be in the present and look forward to the future ". Now, what I want you to do is take a step back, or just give your mind a minute or two to digest the above mentioned phrase. Ask yourself if it applies to you. Really ask yourself; and I mean REALLY ask yourself in the most honest of manner, whether it really applies to you. You may find it difficult to arrive at a 'yes' and even if you do, you probably find yourself in a paralysis state of mind trying to justify the 'yes'. If you really ponder about it, you are likely to find that most of us would find this phrase more relevant instead: " we come from the past and look forward to the future " You will find many of us either hang on to the past or look far too forward into the future, or likely for some to even be dwelling too much in ...

Fed Ex your documents??

At the client's place today, had heaps to do and it did not turn out easy. Most of us will probably be thinking the client was difficult to work with. On the contrary, they are pretty nice people around the office - definitely a ++ point! Buuuuutttt ........... trying to get documents is a big hassle. I am talking about MASSIVE hassle here. Apparently, their main office is in Singapore so they decided to ship all the documents up into Malaysia. And I mean they really couriered all their documents in 30kg boxes - using FedEx! In short, I pretty much spent at least, at least three quarter of the day digging into boxes in search of those documents so important to my job (in case you don't know, auditing requires heaps of documentation!). --------talk about work stops here before I bore you further------- Good night!
